I have struggled with the notion of serving others in a third world country for many years.  Being a single dad, I was always reluctant to “pull the trigger” so to speak.  Now that he is an adult and out of the house, this is the time, this is the moment.  By the time you read this, I will be in the heart of Mozambique working with an organization that serves children and adults in need of support as a result of HIV/AIDS.  In some cases the children are homeless because their parents have died; in other cases, the children have aids and have been abandoned; and in other examples, adults have aids, but need assistance for a variety of reasons (e.g., lack of support, inability to work, needing assistance to get to/from the clinic.

Mozambique is an incredibly impoverished country and the need for support is great!  How can you help?  Support our efforts in prayer and if possible financially.  We have set up a venue for you to contribute through a church so your donations are tax deductible.
